Rent is due monthly on your move-in date. We accept cash, bank transfer and DuitNow. Every payment is recorded in our system and you receive a WhatsApp receipt — keep it as proof.
Every new tenant receives these terms on WhatsApp before moving in and confirms by replying "YES".
About RM750: the first month's rent (RM350–RM400) + security deposit (RM300–RM450) + RM20 key deposit. The exact total depends on the room you choose.
After you give 1 month's notice, move out, and the room is checked in good condition with no rent owing. Repair costs for tenant-caused damage are deducted.
No. The price is the same for local and foreign workers. You only need a valid passport/permit.
Yes, but it must be declared and approved by management first (rule 8). Tell us on WhatsApp so the right room and charge can be arranged.
Rent paid on time covers the water, electricity and upkeep for everyone in the house. The RM30 (over 14 days) and RM60 (over 21 days) fees only apply when payment is late — pay on your date and you will never see them.
